I see now you found Yoga is interesting way to keep you healthy and even more healthy ,you earn benifits. So get start Yoga at home with 5 simple tip.
1. Find yoga book, youtube video, pinteres or app on smart phone that you like. I have my favorite app that I have used for couple years . I will tell you later.
2.Find the best time for your routine and do it at the same time you do everyday. It might be after waking up, in the afternoon, or before bed, but keep in mind do not eat too full before you do it. it is not comfortable at all after big meal. Of cause I did that before.
3. Just find some place that fit your yoga mat or if you did not have one, it is ok too. when I started Yoga I did not buy the mat . I Just did on the plain floor, It worked fine as well without tool.
4. Put the meditation or yoga music on. It will make you focus on the poses.
5. Pick up about 10-15 poses. Keep it easy when you start. each pose about 5 breaths and do it 3 time. This procees will take you about 10-15 minutes a day.
Keep in mind at the beginning most part of the body might be just stiff , but just reach as far as you can. Do that often and you will feel you body more and more flexible and pround of yourself.

Feel your toes.
First of all, my name is Chalida and 28 years old.when I was interested in yoga, I saw one lady on the TV show. She did some simple poses to show how her body work. I just felt ohhh it was so simple so,I just tried to touch my toes. That time I was about 17 years old. I thought I would do it easily, I was wrong. I just could touch my legs. I felt upset, but it was good that I tried to do it every single night. Finally, little by little I even put my face on knee.
